SMUCKER'S® STARS ON ICE® ON THE EDGE PROMOTION ("PROMOTION") OFFICIAL RULES.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Promotion begins on or about 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") 12/14/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 06/01/09 ("Promotion Period"). There are four separate prize pool drawings and your entry will allow you to take part in only one of the prize pool drawings based upon the address stated in your entry: Eastern, Central, Western and Southern (each a "Region" and collectively "Regions") as defined by The J.M. Smucker Company ("Sponsor"). For a list of the states within each Region, visit the Promotion website or send a self-addressed envelope with proper postage affixed by 06/01/09 to: Smucker's® Stars on Ice® On The Edge Promotion Rules, P.O. Box 8419, Dept. SI, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Non-winning entries from one Region will not be carried over into subsequent Regions.

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter in either of the following two ways: (1) for mail-in entry, legibly hand-print your name, age, complete address and day and evening telephone numbers on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a standard #10 business size envelope to: Smucker's Stars on Ice On The Edge P.O. Box 8522, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 06/01/09 and received by 06/08/09. There is no limit on the number of mail-in entries submitted, however, each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separately postmarked outer envelope. Or (2) for on-line entry, go to the Smucker's website – www.smuckers.com/starsonice – beginning 12:00 a.m. ET 12/14/08 through 11:59 p.m. ET 06/01/09 and accurately complete and submit an online entry form in accordance with the on-screen instructions. Limit one website entry per person/email address for the entire Promotion. Multiple online entries per person, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different email addresses, will invalidate all online entries submitted by that entrant for the entire Promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, forged, incomplete, illegible, garbled, or postage-due entries or mail. Sponsor not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, or network malfunction or error; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Promotion website. If such malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine winners in random drawings from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. The use of automated or third-party software or web site to register and/or enter is prohibited. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned.

DRAWINGS: Winners will be selected in random drawings from each Region on or about 06/30/09 conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Limit one prize per person, family, household, or e-mail for the entire Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older, except employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising, sales promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate families (parent child, sibling and spouse) or households of each.

PRIZES: One Grand Prize Winner per Region: One 3-day/2-night trip for winner and five guests to winner's choice of any Smucker's Stars on Ice U.S. tour destination during the Smucker's Stars on Ice 2009-2010 U.S. tour (subject to availability and pending tour schedule determination), including round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home to destination city, hotel accommodations (two rooms/triple occupancy), limousine transportation to and from winner's home to nearest airport, six premium center ice level tickets to a Smucker's Stars on Ice performance (date and location to be determined at time of prize award), an invitation for up to six people to a Smucker's Stars on Ice meal and personal Meet & Greet with the performers (personal Meet & Greet available only in certain tour cities), one Smucker's Gift Basket, and $1,000 cash. All expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, meals, transportation, taxes and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $7,500 each. Actual value may vary depending on point of origin, destination city, time of travel and airfare fluctuations, but any difference between actual value and ARV will not be awarded. Winner and guests must travel together and on the dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Guests who are minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at their sole expense. Air transportation provided only if a winner does not reside within 100 miles of the destination city. If winner resides within 100 miles of the destination city, s/he will receive the use of a rental car (if eligible) in lieu of air travel (no cash balance will be awarded). Exact travel dates subject to availability and black out dates. Sponsor will make all travel arrangements. If, for any reason, the Smucker's Stars on Ice performance, the Smucker's Stars on Ice dinner or the Meet & Greet are postponed or cancelled, the Sponsor will have no further obligation other than to award the remainder of the prize. 25 First Prize Winners per Region: An autographed photograph of the Smucker's Stars on Ice cast. ARV: $25 each. ARV of all prizes: $32,500.00.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: First Prize winners will be notified by regular mail and prizes will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of drawing date. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by overnight delivery and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within 14 days of request. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting). Travel companions of Grand Prize winner (or their parents or legal guardians if companions are minors) must complete and return a liability/publicity release prior to departure. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each Region from all methods of entry combined. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemptions or substitutions permitted, except by Sponsor, who may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize, or any portion thereof, of equal or greater value. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the judges' decisions. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that neither the Sponsor nor its affiliates or subsidiaries, nor any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, distributors, employees or agencies including, but not limited to, Promotion Activators, Inc., will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, any personal injury, arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use of prize or participation in any prize related activity, including any travel related thereto. Acceptance of prize further constitutes consent of winner for Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness and/or prize and biographical information in all media worldwide without limitation for advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited. If due to any technical, production or other error, more prizes are claimed or awarded than are described in these Official Rules at any prize level, the number of prizes identified in these Official Rules will be awarded in random drawings from all such prize claims received. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH ENTRANT AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
